Repair, Upgrade, or Replace?

Do you need a new computer? We can recommend or custom build a new computer for your business or home. Maybe you don't need a new computer, maybe your existing machine just needs some TLC, or a memory upgrade.

I know how hard it it is make the choice. I will give you the information you need to make this decision. Perhaps you are frustrated with your old machine, but it just needs more memory. Maybe your hard drive is full of old temporary files and spyware, and a good cleaning will get you back to where you need to be. It may be cheaper in the long run to replace your machine now. We'll help you make an informed decision.

In today’s throwaway culture the easy choice seems to be: replace. With new computers as cheap as $300-$400, why spend money on parts and service? If you have a quality computer with life left in it, don’t forget to add the cost of moving or replacing your software. We tend to forget that our computer didn’t come out of the box with all the settings and software we needed—and our new one won’t either. Do we have the disks that we need to load that software? Will it run on the new version of Windows (or Mac, or Linux)? On the other hand, how much will it cost to repair? Will it be fast /stable / useful enough to make the repair worthwhile? These are questions that we need to answer before we make our decision.
